Privacy Policy.
This policy describes what information Windikate Studio collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to windikate.com and our in-house products.
What we collect
Three categories:
- Account data — name, work email, organisation, role, authentication identifiers.
- Content you provide — files, briefs, decks and notes you share with us during a project.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, performance metrics, crash reports.
How we use it
To deliver the work, secure your account, communicate with you about your project, and improve the product. We do not use the content you share to train third-party base models.
Sub-processors
A small vetted set — hosting, observability, payments, email. Current list available on request and to enterprise customers under contract.
Retention
Active project data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 90 days. After that, content is deleted unless retention is required by law or contract. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
Email privacy@windikate.com to access, correct, or delete your personal data. We respond within 30 days.
Security
TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, strict tenant isolation for product workspaces. More on the Security page.

First-party only — authentication and lightweight analytics. No ad trackers.
