Terms of Service.
These terms govern access to windikate.com and our in-house products. Enterprise engagements may have a separate signed MSA that supersedes these.
Your account
You are responsible for the security of your credentials and activity under your account. Email security@windikate.com if you suspect a compromise.
Acceptable use
Don't break the law, upload content you don't have rights to, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, resell access without agreement, or interfere with how the service runs.
Your content
You retain all rights to content you share. You grant Windikate a limited license to process it solely to deliver the work to you. We do not use your content to train third-party base models.
Fees
Project work is billed against a signed proposal. Product subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Availability
We aim for high availability and publish product status at status.windikate.com. Enterprise customers receive an SLA with downtime credits.
Disclaimers
Windikate provides design, engineering and decision-support work. It is not a substitute for regulated professional advice. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Windikate's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are communicated 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
